Pricing questions
Are these prices final?
They are starting prices for a typical project. After a short call you get a fixed written quote for your exact scope, and that is what you pay.
Is GST included?
Prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added as applicable once the firm is GST-registered. Services exported to international clients are invoiced in USD.
What are the payment terms?
Usually 40% advance, 40% at design or beta approval and 20% before launch. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
What is not included?
Third-party costs such as domain, hosting, paid themes, SMS/WhatsApp credits, AI API usage and payment gateway fees are paid directly by you, so you keep full control of those accounts.
